There is not daily housekeeping but they have the option of the automated concierge "Ivy" that allows you to text your needs such as clean towels, etc. We had a gulf view non-smoking king with a great view of the pool and The Blind Tiger across the street. There was a seal on the door of our room letting us know that the room was "sanitized and sealed". The elevators were also clean and smelled sanitized. Check-in was quick and easy and the entire lobby area was very clean. They did have bell service but we did not use it. There is no valet service currently but honestly the parking deck is literally steps from the hotel entrance so that did not bother us. All of the employees we encountered as we entered were wearing face covering and they all seemed friendly and glad to be back. The Hotel: The hotel smelled very clean and sanitized upon entering. I do realize some of this may change as the Post-Covid 19 climate progresses but if you're going in the immediate future some of it might be good to know. Overall it was a good time and we enjoyed it, but in the spirit of full disclosure I wanted to mention some things that weren't as enjoyable as well. We've been here many times before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was our first visit after the post-Covid 19 reopening and I believe the casino and hotel had been open about 3 weeks. ****Lengthy but honest review ahead*** We visited for a three day weekend June 4th, 5th and 6th.
